Ready for another week? Me too. Let’s get this started with this Games I’m Playing entry.
Octopath Traveler 0

Playtime: 1 Hour & 7 Minutes
I just got through what I would perceive to be the prologue. I don’t want to spoil anything since this game did have a nice interesting start but it looks good at the moment. My MC is level 6. It’s definitely worth checking a trailer out for this one and maybe buying you own (paid link) copy if interested.
Kirby Air Riders
System: Switch 2
Playtime: Unknown
I haven’t really played Solo Ride much or at all really. Now I’ve been really playing a good bit in multiplayer. It’s been fun but I sort of wish there was more tracks. Oh well, I’ll plan to spend more time with singleplayer so I can write a review shortly.
Hollow Knight
System: Switch
Playtime: 6 Hours & 11 Minutes
I haven’t spent as much time with this one. I’ve been stuck which has really made my desire to play it falter but I’m still going to give it a go until I find my way. I did just release an article for this though, discussing how Silksong may have tainted (and enhanced) my playthrough for Hollow Knight. Might be worth a look.
Pokemon Sapphire
System: GBA
Playtime: 6 Minutes
As you see, I have barely put any time into this game. I chose my first starter, Torchic and that’s about it. This is going to be leisurely paced game for me. I’ll talk about this game more and why I got in December’s game pickups at a later date.
Stardew Valley
System: Switch
Playtime: 5 Hours & 29 Minutes
Currently on Day 3 of Summer 1. I just made my first chicken coop, working my way through the mines at floor 55 and starting to romance Abigail. I’ve played this game several times but never for a review for here so that’s the plan. That’s a long process but I have other ideas in mind so just stay tuned.
Before The Dawn
System: Switch
Playtime: Unknown
I’m currently playing through missions on either Medium or Biochemical difficulty. My main setup now is Gita with a shotgun and the bombing support as the skill. The game is still fun and I’m having a good time. I’ll show a picture below of my Gift progress:
Conclusion
I know I typically said I wanted to stay at 5 games and all of that but I’m throwing it all out the window. At this point, I’ll play what I want and just try to keep tabs on everything as I play. It’s fun, gives me variety and it doesn’t make me feel like I’m missing out.
