We need to talk about the latest Pokemon Horizons trailer. Like many, I grew up with Ash and I was greatly saddened when his departure was announced. After 25 years? How could they?

I was minority interested in the new anime, curious how the series could proceed without him. Two new characters were revealed, and that was something, but still, no Ash?

Then I saw the latest trailer, and I have to say, this is going to be good! The idea of two main characters is interesting, but to me, Sprigatito taking the spotlight is what caught my attention.

I chose Sprig as my starter in Scarlet, so to see it used as a main Pokemon in this new upcoming series makes me pleased. Of course, we also have captain Pikachu, which looks cute, and in sure plenty of other mons will grace us on screen.

I’m not sure how the rest of the world will feel when this anime launches, but I’m looking forward to it.
