So does anyone remember the Playstation Vita? I sure do and boy have I been on one nostalgia trip lately with it. Downs and I use to run an Amino community surrounded by like minded Vita gamers. Well, that’s unfortunately gone but the memories live on. Which is what brings me to today’s topic. I bought a Vita game and I want to talk about why. Actually, I bought two of them. Let’s discuss.
Persona 4 Golden

This was a no brainer when I saw it going for roughly $25. I had sold my copy years ago, which I have always regretted. Now I can play it again in all its glory! Actually, I am really excited for it. Sure, you can play it on Steam But I wanted to revisit the glory days! We did a community playthrough that was so much fun, I just wanted to try it again on the (paid link) Vita!
Muramasa Rebirth

If you’ve been around for a while, you know I really like this game. You also know I wish it would come to modern consoles, given that it was part of the Vita Ports article I wrote sometime back. Now, I already own the (paid link) Wii version but for the sake of convenience and the fact I want to relive some memories, I now own the (paid link) Vita version again. Also, I owned the DLC for this so that’s also another great reason for this purchase.
Looking Ahead
So I’ve actually been scouting a few other games I want to add back to the collection, such as (paid links) Wipeout 2048 & Rayman Origins. That will be sometime in the near future, I can say that much. I still own games like (paid link) Steins;Gate, which is a freaking phenomenal time travel visual novel and (paid link) Corpse Party: Blood Drive, but you can get it pretty conveniently on the Switch or Steam nowadays.
Conclusion
With my renewed love for the system that saw me through for years, I now want to pick up the gauntlet once again. This is my way of saying, expect more Vita content from us soon. With that said, that’s it for this one. Happy gaming!
