That time again. I was only playing 5 games and now I’ve been bumped up to 9. Big oops on my part, but thankfully, two of these are close to being done. If you didn’t seen last week’s entry, check that out. Some of these games I don’t have exact playtimes, so I am doing estimates.
SPOILERS AHEAD
Kirby and the Forgotten Land

System: Switch 2
Playtime: About 4 Hours
As usual, I’m playing this with a second player and we’ve made it to the Redgar Forbidden Lands. So, we’re pretty far in at this moment. Unfortunately, we have not been collecting all Starries in each level, always missing a few in some shape or form. As it stands, we have 78 out of the 120 we know of. I’m not sure what to say yet, as I’m still formulating my thoughts for a review, but I like some aspects and dislike others.
Story of Seasons: Grand Bizarre

System: Switch 2
Playtime: 1 Hour & 27 Minutes
I’m currently on Spring 5 and just got my first chicken. I’ve got a few crops going and am just starting to get a feel for the game. It’s nice so far and very relaxing. If you haven’t got a (paid link) copy yet, I highly encourage you to.
Luigi’s Mansion 2: Dark Moon

System: Switch 2
Playtime: About 45 Minutes
I beat the first Luigi’s Mansion recently, so be on the lookout for our review this week, but I have already moved onto the second game. I’m currently still in the first mansion and on A-4. I played the original version of this title when it was released for the 3DS, but never this one so this will be new to me.
Bioshock

System: Switch
Playtime: Between 2-3 Hours
In last week’s update, I mentioned that I was in Neptune’s Bounty. This was false. I was actually in the Medical Pavillion, but now I’m in Neptune’s Bounty. I just got there though, so no progress there.
Silksong

System: Switch 2
Playtime: 2 Hours & 30 Minutes
I’m currently in the Far Fields bench area, ready to back and try fighting a certain boss after getting the Dash ability. I’m loving the game so far and the challenge it presents.
Geometry Survivor

System: Switch
Playtime: 7 Hours & 35 Minutes
I’m still working on getting the trophy, but I’m only two upgrades away from completion. So there should be a review for this roguelike next week.
Digimon World Dusk

System: DS
Playtime: 4 Hours & 48 Minutes
I just completed the story mission where we go to Limit Valley for the first time. I’ve been Digivolving and De-Digivolving my entire team to start getting those boosts in stats. I’m really not settled on a team yet, as new Digimon pop up that I’ve forgotten about but I’ll be sure to keep everyone updated as I form a more solid plan.
For now, my team looks like this:

House of the Dead Remake

System: Switch
Playtime: Less than 2 Hours
Unfortunately, I haven’t really touched this with so many games releasing this past week. I plan to finish it up this week though and start the review after finishing a playthrough in Horde Mode.
Cronos: The New Dawn

System: Switch 2
Playtime: About an Hour
There was a ton of hype going into this. I know the Switch 2 is obviously the least powerful system to play this on, but regardless, my choice has been made. I’m not that far. Actually, I just made it to the first main objective you begin the game with. Hopefully, I’ll have a good chunk more to update with next time.
Conclusion
Shew, that was a lot to write about. I hope I can beat a couple of these soon and shrink my list. I never meant to be playing so many games so actively, but here we are. How about yourself? Do you juggle multiple games at once or are you one at a time person?
Join us next Monday for another entry and remember to check out the Switch games on sale for this week.
