Hello all, if you’ve been playing Hello Kitty Island Aventurre, then you may already know about cabins and how to restore them for visitors. However, did you know you can upgrade them alongside your own? Well, let’s talk about how to upgrade your cabin in Hello Kitty Island Adventure.

Strawberry Crates

If you plan to do any restoration or upgrading, then you’ll need to be scouring the island for those neat strawberry crates that My Melody tells us about. Look high and low, on mountain tops and in the bottom of the ocean, because they are quite literally everywhere. You also receive them as daily login bonuses sometimes, so that helps as well.

Upgrades

After you have a cabin already restored, go up to it and hit Y to upgrade it. Now, keep in mind that these upgrades are not permanent. This means that even if you move into a cabin and you upgrade it, you can move into a different cabin that is not upgraded and enjoy the solitary confinement. I went ahead and did a lot of upgrades to my personal cabin and now have 4 total rooms in it. I currently have one visitor and I plan to actually fill each room in my cabin with visitors I like. Overall, the main idea is to keep all of this in mind. You don’t have to have visitors in the rooms but you would have to be careful of the furniture you lay out as it may attract them anyway regardless of whether it was intentional or not.

You can also upgrade any cabin you restore. It is not a mechanic restricted to solely your own. So one cabin could house many visitors.

Conclusion

How do you plan to play? Will you keep your cabin simple and not upgrade or will you fill it with many new friends? For me, I plan to do as I said and keep visitors I enjoy there. However you decide to play, go forth with the knowledge of how to upgrade cabins in Hello Kitty Island Adventure and have fun.

If you don’t already own this game, then it’s available digitally on Steam and the Nintendo Switch. A (paid link) physical version will be available on March 25th. Also, keep in mind that you shouldn’t time travel in this game. Check out this article as to why.
