If you’re new here, then welcome to the Nerdy Culture website where we (mostly I) discuss mostly video games and other topics such as anime and books. So, I’ve already talked about the Street 10 before, and to my pleasure (or displeasure actually) I wrote a review for it. Please go check that out if you want, but it isn’t entirely important to before venturing onward.
When I saw that it was receiving a VR mode, I was already growing. Did it really need to? Weren’t there better games? Well, let’s actually break down how this could help and not hurt.

More Immersion
If there’s one big flaw in The Street 10, it’s how you can literally run through it and hardly even know what happened. It didn’t take me very long before I had finished the game, and won the platinum trophy, but didn’t even know what I had really experienced. No narrative, very little to no documentation at all. It was annoying.
My hopes for the VR version are that it offers a bit of a different experience in those regards, where you’ll actually be trying to understand what’s happening and paying more attention to your surroundings, versus what I did where I just kept running back and forth, waiting for it to end.
Release Date
We won’t be waiting too long for this one, as it pops onto the store on July 6th. I also am more than likely buying it, just for the humor or making another review, and in hopes that the VR version is better. It was a shame the game sucked so badly when Wire Lips was an alright experience.
I also wrote a review for that as well, may want to check it out.
Conclusion
Will this version be any better or will it tank? Who knows, but I hope you all come back for the review at a later date. Until then, peace.
