We have a good bit of Switch & Switch 2 games releasing this week. One was added later thanks to the Nintendo Partner Direct but I’m looking forward to it too. Anyway, let’s get started!

Greyhill Incident Re-probed Edition

Price: $24.99

System: Switch

Release Date: 2-10

“SURVIVE A CLASSIC ALIEN INVASION

“Greyhill Incident is a story-driven Survival-Horror game that takes place during the early 90s. As Ryan Baker, equipped with a baseball bat and a few bullets in his trusty revolver, the story takes you across the atmospheric neighbourhood of Greyhill, which is invaded by UFOs & Grey Aliens.”

Nintendo

I’m surprised this took so long to finally get on the system. I’ll happily buy it too, when there’s a discount. No sight of a physical.

Tokyo Scramble

Price: $29.99

System: Switch

Release Date: 2-11

“In this survival puzzle action game set deep below Tokyo, clear thinking and split-second decisions could mean the difference between life and death.

Observe your enemies to learn their strengths and weaknesses, then wait for an opening to make your escape. Keep out of sight and hold your breath as you search for a path to safety!”

Nintendo

This was definitely an attention grabber during the Nintendo Partner Direct. I’m not usually one to care for stealth games but I may have to give this a go.

I’ve never been too into the Mario Tennis game before but I’m willing to give this one a try. I have it pre-ordered already and I’ll be sharing my thoughts sometime in the future.

Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties

Price: $59.99

System: Switch 2

Release Date: 2-12

“A LEGEND IS REBORN AND A NEW LEGACY BEGINS: Two men will walk different paths that converge to shake the very foundations of fate. I’ve never given this series a chance but I’m happy to see more of the games heading to the Switch 2.

Centipede Gun

Price: $4.99

System: Switch

Release Date: 2-12

“Become the strongest centipede!

Centipede Gun is a creature-building roguelite inspired by games like SNKRX and FLERP, where you create unusual beings by combining different shapes, modules, and… weapons!?

Try out insane combinations and try to break the game with the craziest creations! Each combination offers new possibilities to defeat enemies in increasingly challenging battles. After each round, use the money you earn to buy different units in the store and further strengthen your centipede of destruction. But be careful — as you evolve, enemies also become stronger, testing the limits of your creativity and strategy.

Assemble strange and powerful centipedes whose weapons automatically attack when enemies approach. Use special modules to add extra effects to your attacks and combine modules of the same type to evolve them, unlocking secret abilities as you reach new levels of power. Survive if you can and find out how far your centipede can go!”

Nintendo

‘M unsure hoe I feel about this one but I do know that I’ll probably get it. The description is intriguing enough.

Vampire Girls

Price: $24.99

System: Switch

Release Date 2-12

“Hunt the night. Win their hearts. Survive until dawn.

The city belongs to the night, but it doesn’t forgive mistakes.

You are a vampire on the run, hiding among streets, dark alleys, and forgotten places where danger and desire walk side by side.

Every night brings new choices, new encounters, and new risks.

In Vampire Girls Love Story: Date or Die, time is always moving forward. Days pass. Hunters get closer. And the girls you meet are drawn to something they can’t quite explain.

Some are intrigued by your presence.
Others sense the danger beneath it.
All of them can change your fate.

This is a narrative visual novel where romance and survival are tightly connected. Exploring the city unlocks locations, abilities, and story paths, while conversations and decisions determine who trusts you, who helps you, and who gets close enough to matter.

But attraction alone won’t keep you alive.

Vampire hunters patrol the streets, forcing you to escape, confront threats, and grow stronger. Learning new skills, choosing when to fight or flee, and deciding how to spend each night can mean the difference between freedom… or the end.

Some relationships offer safety.

Others grant power.

And a few may cost more than you’re willing to lose.

Balance desire, strategy, and survival in a story where every choice carries weight.”

Nintendo

There is an alternate game called Vampire Boys in the eshop as well. This sort of looks like something I would play but then again, not.

Reanimal

Price: $39.99

System: Switch 2

Release Date: 2-13

“WHAT IS REANIMAL? The original creators of Little Nightmares & Little Nightmares II have returned to take you on a more terrifying journey than ever before. In this co-op horror adventure game, you play as a brother & sister who go through hell to rescue their missing friends. Exploring by boat and on land, you must use your wits to survive, work together to escape the hellish island, and the dark secret that haunts you. HORROR WITH HOPE: In this unsettling tale, the emphasis is on tension and thick atmosphere as you join the two orphans on a desperate search for hope and redemption in the direst of circumstances. ACROSS A DARK AND TWISTED WORLD: Traverse an intriguing but terrifying world where the main path is only one part of the fragmented story. Discover all sorts of mysterious locations on your perilous journey, each with its own story to tell. A DREAD-FILLED ADVENTURE: Tarsier Studios is bringing their unique visual style to bear on a whole host of new twisted monsters and broken yet resilient child characters. Fragments of the children’s troubled past have been used as inspiration for their character design and for the monsters that now torment them. SHARE THE SCARE: Nobody should be forced to go through hell alone! Fully playable in single player along with local & online co-op.”

Amazon (paid link)

Fun to find out that this is made by the same developers behind (paid link) Little Nightmares and (paid link) Little Nightmares II. I’ll probably end up with it sometime in the future.

Conclusion

Well that’s all for this week. Plenty of strong titles here that I can’t wait to get more information on and also get my hands on myself. Stay tuned for tomorrow’s Switch Sales and Games I’m Playing. Until next time, happy gaming!

It saddens me that Tarsier was not brought back for the third LN game but it looks like they found their own thing now. I will be getting Reanimal on Steam.

I would like to say I’ll eventually play the third LN entry but since it isn’t the same devs, I’m not sure if it will ever happen for me. I was going to buy it to play local co-op but then found out it didn’t exist. Crazy.
