“Solve puzzles, explore dungeons, and soar the skies

Master realistic swordplay that corresponds to your movements

Gently swing your sword and angle your slashes to break through opponents’ defenses using intuitive motion controls*. Nintendo

I can’t really speak for how this game plays on the system as I’ve never tried this version, but hey, not a horrible sale.

Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze

His extra hearts and unique abilities make for a more relaxed gaming experience. And no matter which mode you choose, a wealth of collectibles and two-player co-op round out the fun!”

Nintendo

Oh yeah, this is a fun one. I don’t really like the newer DKC titles compared to the original trio but they’re still pretty cool. Speaking of which, the Switch version of (paid link) Donkey Kong Country Returns is worth checking out.

Nintendo

‘M far from being able to get into this game since I am several entries behind. However, I thought this was a cool price since just the base (paid link) Switch 2 game is $69.99.

Persona 5 Royal

Nintendo

P5R for $18? Not bad at all. Still can’t vouch for how the Switch plays though, since I did just get my copy recently.

Persona 4 Golden

Nintendo

Literally just bought this game back for the (paid link) Vita. I am yet to start it but that will be for later on. If you haven’t experienced this game yet, here’s a good chance to. Just be aware that Persona 4 Revival, a remake of Persona 4 is expected to release later this year.

Nintendo

I haven’t actually played much of this game. A little bit on the (paid link) DS and a little bit on the (paid link) Wii but nothing of this newer version. One day, I will.

Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc Anniversary Edition

Sale Price: $4.49

Original Price: $14.99

“Experience the classic murder-mystery with 10th anniversary bonus features!

Danganronpa arrives on Nintendo Switch™ to celebrate its 10th anniversary! Danganronpa 10th Anniversary Release: Part 1!

Hope’s Peak Academy is home to Japan’s best and brightest high school students—the beacons of hope for the future. But that hope suddenly dies when Makoto Naegi and his classmates find themselves imprisoned in the school, cut off from the outside world and subject to the whims of a strange, murderous little bear named Monokuma. He pits the students against each other, promising freedom to anyone who can murder a fellow classmate and get away with it.

It’s up to you to find out who Monokuma really is, and why you’ve been taken from the world you once knew. But be careful what you wish for—sometimes there’s nothing more deadly than the truth…

This 10th Anniversary edition comes with a gallery feature that allows you to view event illustrations, scenes, and listen to voiced dialogue!”

Nintendo

I don’t have hardly any experience with this game or series. Downs could tell you way more than I could. He did platinum all 4 titles on the Vita after all. Still, less than $5? Good deal there.

Conclusion

Alright, there you have it everyone. Did any of these catch your eye? You’ll have to wait for my next pickup article to know if they did mine. Make sure to check out the latest entry of Games I’m Playing and until next time, happy gaming!
