Amazon (paid link)
I’m a little iffy when it comes to Warrior style games. Some I like, like (paid link) Ninety-Nine Nights or (paid link) Fire Emblem Warriors. Thought my experience it still limited. Still, this is very much exciting for fans of the original (paid link) Hyrule Warriors & (paid link) Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity.
Of Blades & Tails

Price: $14.99
System: Switch
Release Date: 11-6
“Discover a fantastic land populated by different animal tribes.
A turn-based RPG that is action-oriented but rewards a thoughtful approach. Explore a fantastic land populated by different animal tribes. Follow the main story or hunt for treasures in ancient ruins and mysterious dungeons. Develop your character and gain powerful equipment.
You play Reik, a clever member of the tribe of foxes. A chain of unfortunate events involves you in a quest of vital importance to all the peace-loving creatures of the realm. You will have to leave your home village and explore the world to become strong enough to stand up to evil.”
I don’t know too much about this but while looking it up, I at least like the look. I’ll probably try to catch it on sale.
Finding Chuchu

Price: $11.00
System: Switch
Release Date: 11-6
““Finding Chuchu” is a thrilling arcade shooting game that anyone can easily enjoy.
Players dodge waves of enemy bullets while using a variety of magic spells, adding a touch of strategy to the classic shoot-’em-up experience.”
I’m not too into top down shooting games but this at least caught my attention. Adding in magic spells is what got to me the most.
Outlanders

Price: $9.99
System: Switch
Release Date: 11-6
“Help charming folk make their outlandish dreams come true on this town-building strategy game!
Welcome to the Outlands! A faraway place where work is hard but rewarding, where people dream big but stay grounded, where friends become family, and settlements become cities.
You will follow the story of a cast of lovable, eccentric, and (mostly) well-intentioned town leaders, as they pursue their dreams and whims, while their paths slowly start to intertwine in surprising, often humorous, sometimes heart-warming ways. It’s up to you to use the extensive catalog of tools and buildings at your disposal to guide them towards their goals.
When challenges get too hard and the Outlanders start getting too picky, you can take a detour to the Sandbox mode, where creativity is the new leader in town. There, you can play with the full catalog of buildings and mechanics right off the bat and customize the maps and rules as you please.”
I Really like management style games like this sometimes. They can be quite relaxing and cozy, so I’ll probably pick this up sometime soon.
Lia: Hacking Destiny

Price: $12.90
System: Switch
Release Date: 11-6
“Fight, hack, and survive in a world overrun by hostile machines, where each incursion is a race against death. Lia: Hacking Destiny is a fast-paced action roguelite with intense combat
Dynamic Combat
Dodge attacks, slide along walls, and combine weapons and abilities to crush enemies in adrenaline-filled battles.
Procedurally Generated Maps
Each run is unique. Security complexes change every time, with procedurally generated rooms, traps, and enemies. Learn, adapt, and push further.”
As soon as I read that this was a roguelite, it immediately caught me. I’ll be keeping a watchful eye on this one to scoop up when I have a free game slot open. I’m still trying not to get over the 5 games I’m currently playing.
Conclusion
Alright all, that’s it for these Switch & Switch 2 games releasing this week? Will you be grabbing any of these? I probably will be in the near future. Make sure to come back tomorrow for some Switch & Switch 2 games on sale and we’ll catch you next time.
As always, happy gaming.
