After beating and review Requiem, I thought now would be a great time to write out a Resident Evil Requiem challenges roadmap! I completed all 50 challenges and now you can learn my ways and also learn from my mistakes. Let’s begin.
First Playthrough: Have Fun
I recommend a first playthrough where you just have fun. Explore if you want, just see the story and do as you please. A lot of these challenges you will get naturally through game progression such as:
Deja Vu
Descent Into Darkness
It’s Been a Long Night
A Harsh Reality
Going Down?
The Hero Returns
I Remember That, Too
Umbrella’s Legacy
The Final Mission
The ones listed below are optional for your first playthrough depending on what you difficulties you chose and how you played.
Hope and Requiem
Rookie Agent
Rising Agent
Resolute Agent
Out of Sight, Out of Mind
The Ol’ Fashioned Way
Like Mother, Like Daughter
Fatal Dose
Science!
The Power of Blood
Blood! More Blood!
Bring Out the Big Guns
The Hunt Begins
Untouchable
Can I Borrow This?
Chop Chop
Retail Therapy
Tailor Made
Bang for Your Buck
Cat Got Your Tongue
Order Up!
Deadly Duet
Grace and Goliath
Internal Dispute
Not Today, Buds!
No Safe is Safe
Crate Expectations
Case Closed
Second Playthrough: Minimalist, No Heals and Speed Demon
Yes, it is possible to do all of these at the same time. However, it can be tricky so it’s understandable if you don’t make it. I didn’t. I got Minimalist and no heals but missed Speed Demon by nearly 26 minutes:

The secrets here are to play on Casual, run like crazy and try to remember where everything is so you don’t waste time. I also wrote out some speedrun tips to help anyone struggling.
Third Playthrough: Insanity Difficulty
By this point, you should feel pretty confident finding your way around. This leads us to insanity difficulty. The beauty of this is if you beat the game, the difficulties stack so you’ll also obtain the challenges for the lower ones as well. Now you can do a normal run through or you could use infinite ammo. Either one works for your own preference.
Fourth Playthrough: Cleanup
Through your three previous journeys, you should have unlocked quite a few of the challenges. However, there are some that you could have not gotten yet so this is your time to go back and finish up. The biggest one you’ll probably have to focus on this round would be The Final Puzzle, as it requires you to play the full game following specific rules. You can find those available below along with safe and puzzle codes.

Conclusion
I hope these Resident Evil Requiem challenges tips came in handy for you and now you are on your way to completing them as well. If you don’t own Requiem yet, it is available on Steam, (paid links) Playstation 5, Xbox Series X & Nintendo Switch 2. Make sure to check out my reviews for Resident Evil 7 & Resident Evil 8 as well. Until next time, happy gaming!
