I really tried not to write this article, thinking I would skip doing this for this specific game but I just have to. It doesn’t feel right if I don’t. So, let’s go over what I believe to be Monster Survivors’ 5 best weapons.
Wand
This is exclusive to Arcanix, but it’s personally my favorite in the entire game. It shoots projectile magic and as you upgrade its rarity level, it only gets better with more frequency and a higher dps.
Chain Lightning
This is pretty much as it says. It chains lightning together, attacking multiple enemies at once in a single shot. Fully upgraded, this is good for a bit of crowd control.
Frostbite
This freezes enemies, which I don’t think I have to explain why this is helpful. Personally, I like that it buys you time as it freezes them.
Axe
This will swirl around the players. The better the rarity, the more of them you have. Personally, I see this as another shield as it destroys enemies before they even reach me.
Shotgun
Close range weapon when you’re in a tight spot. It may not be good for crowd control, but it sure packs a punch, especially when faced with a boss.
Conclusion
There are obviously other weapons that may suit your playstyle better than the ones listed here, but these are the ones I used for a majority of my runs and I stopped on stage 75 so do with that information what you will.
