April is nearly gone and I thought I would cut off my pickups a little early. With the Nintendo Switch 2 releasing in less than two months, I’m trying to choose my games wisely so I can get a few games for the system at launch. With that said, here are my April game pickups.

Switch

Dye the Bunny

I’m always on the lookout for new horror games, especially indie horror titles and I think the idea behind this seemed fun. You play as a little girl who follows a rabbit down the rabbit hole in search of eggs. I’m yet to play this any, but I plan to soon so be on lookout for a review.

Dagger Froggy

I did just write a review for this so check that out but if you want to blow a few dollars and enjoy a roguelike for a couple of hours, then this might be for you.

Tales of Autumn

This looked like a very interesting farming simulator that involved monsters. Unfortunately I haven’t played any yet.

Steam

The Last Camfire

I’ve seen this numerous times on sale but I just never made the purchase before. Well, I figured why not this time. I haven’t tried it yet though.

Al Limit

I’ve had my eye on this for a little while leading up to its official release. It seemed like a fun action RPG with some Dark Souls mixed in. I’ve played roughly an hour and a half and I can atest that it has difficulty to it. I’m not far in though in the grand scheme of it all.

I feel like I’m still trying to find my footing with this game. My weapon of choice was a two sword combo. I’m not far into this game so that’s all I have to say currently.

Conclusion

I didn’t grab many games this month nor do I feel like I’ve been able to play them like I normally would have. It’s been a busy time but hopefully that will start to settle down at this point. If you haven’t picked up any games, I hope you are enjoying them. Until next time, happy gaming.
