Ah yes, now we’re about to get into the companion article of the weapons blog I just posted. Twilight Survivors has some great skills to accompany your runs, but which ones are going to serve you the best? Well, I’m going to try to help with that. So, let’s discuss these Twilight Survivors skills that you might find helpful.
Coin Pouch
Are you in need of coins to upgrade your favorite character or perhaps you’re upgrading them all? This little skill will help that cause. It makes your currency worth more when you pick it up and only keeps improving upon leveling. I don’t know how long it would have taken to max out my favorite character Aldreya without it.
Spatial Ring
This is something I cannot play a round without. It improves your pickup radius, which is highly important as you’re running around defeating enemies and they’re dropping all that sweet, beautiful EXP you need.
Armor
This is something that’s used with the Shield weapon to make an ultimate weapon, but I personally like this one anyway just because it offers an increase to defense, which those few HP points saved from that can make or break you.
Holy Cross
This is an absolute must-have, in my opinion. It’s a game saver as it revives you if you die. It even does it twice once fully upgraded and with nearly all of your health. I honestly don’t see how I could have gotten through a majority of the levels
Long Sword
This will increase your attack which in turn allow you to defeat enemies quicker. It’s pretty obvious why this would be a good skill to have, plus use this with Boomerang Dagger and you can get an upgraded weapon.
Conclusion
It’s important to keep in mind that these are my opinions and not factual. Another player may find other skills to be just as helpful or even better for their own play style but for me, these were my go to and what I always sought out every run. Twilight Survivors is available on the Nintendo Switch and Steam. Also, keep your eyes peeled for a review coming in the near future.
